Peter F. Millar,

Millar is by training both a civil engineer and a lawyer and has extensive real estate experience. His real estate experience ranges from inspections of properties, to due diligence and appraisals on them, and to creating investment vehicles that invest in multi-family apartment buildings. Millar, together with his team, has evaluated over 5,000 properties for acquisition, refinancing and disposition.

David A. Kohl,
Managing Principal, Co-Founder
Kohl spearheaded the creation of The Lighthouse Group. As a principal in a real estate investment group in California, he validated a very profitable formula for value investing in medium sized multi-family apartment buildings. Prior to, and since, that he has worked closely with several real estate investment groups that purchase multi-family investment properties in the Northeast. Kohl has also held several operational and executive management roles with Fortune 100 companies, including Viacom, AOL, and Time Warner, where he oversaw the operations of sales and marketing divisions with revenues in excess of $500 million.

Vikram J. Malkani,
Managing Principal, CFO
Malkani has significant experience is both the domestic and international financial markets, particularly structured finance and raising financings against assets and the cash flows attributable to them. Malkani’s career has included several positions at Citigroup over a 17 year period, most recently as a Managing Director in the corporate and investment bank. He has also served on the board of directors of both wholly-owned and partly-owned Citigroup subsidiaries. Prior to joining Citigroup, Malkani worked at Touche Ross & Co (a predecessor firm of Deloitte & Touche) where he started his career in London as a Chartered Accountant.
