- Dispose of them in aggregate to institutional investors at lower yield

Within this framework, we perform broad geographic market analysis and then use that data to drill down to smaller sub-markets. Our experience is that by identifying locations with good market fundamentals and targeting under-valued properties in hammock zones, we are able to achieve above-average returns for investors (see
