Size: 50 Units or larger, smaller properties will be considered based on geographic location.
Class: “C” or better.
Location: Northeast region ( New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland & Rhode Island).
Debt: will purchase properties with pre-existing debt.
Investment Criteria - Office:
Size: 40,000 SF or larger, smaller properties will be considered based on geographic location.
Class: C+ or better.
Location: Northeast region ( New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland & Rhode Island).
Yields: 6 % in the first year with upside potential for future years.
Investment Criteria – Retail :
30,000 SF or larger, smaller properties will be considered based on geographic location.
Class: C+ or better.
Location: Northeast region ( New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland & Rhode Island).
Yields exceeding 6 % (un-leveraged) in the first year with upside potential for future years.
